Participants will walk away with practical ways to create better reasons to reach out, stay visible between orders, spark curiosity, build trust, and support stronger client outcomes.

    • Identify client, industry, event, and business insights that can create relevant reasons to reach out before an immediate need exists.

    • Apply more intentional engagement methods and messaging to stay visible, spark curiosity, and strengthen client relationships.
