Reserve by calling 615-320-6060. Guests making such reservations must identify themselves as members of "PPAMS" Group. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. If a guest does not cancel a reservation within forty-eight (48) hours before the guest’s check-in date, then Hotel may charge the credit card one night’s room fee plus any applicable taxes.

There is plenty of free parking on-site. 

 

DISTRIBUTOR ATTENDEES:

PPAMS Members – FREE

Members of any Regional Association – FREE

Distributors with a PPAI, UPIC, ASI or SAGE number – non-member rate*

Any Promotional Products Distributor with five invoices from promotional products suppliers – non-member rate*

 

No one under the age of 16 can attend this show.

 

*Non-Member Rate: $50 per attendee for the show, $25 per attendee for each seminar 

 

END-USER / CLIENT ATTENDEES:

For the final two hours of the show, distributors will be allowed to bring clients. This is not intended to be as big as our Road Show, in fact, we encourage distributors to escort their clients on the show floor (there's no way they can see it all in two hours). This will give you the opportunity to bring clients who have a big project in the works or may have missed the show in August.

  • Distributor members, who are also show attendees, can invite clients to attend between 1-2 pm.

  • Distributors will be charged $25 for each client that attends.

  • You are responsible for escorting your clients and collecting all leads.

REGISTRATION:

The pre-registration deadline is January 31, 2023

Pre-registration can only be done online at www.ppams.com

 

You can register on-site after the online registration deadline, but pre-registration will save lots of time at the registration table. 

 

NAME BADGE PICKUP:

A name badge is required for all events.  You can pickup your name badge at the registration counter.
