 END-USER / CLIENT ATTENDEES:

For the final two hours of the show, distributors will be allowed to bring clients. This is not intended to be as big as our Road Show, in fact, we encourage distributors to escort their clients on the show floor (there's no way they can see it all in two hours). This will give you the opportunity to bring clients who have a big project in the works or may have missed the show in August.

  • Distributor members, who are also show attendees, can invite clients to attend between 1-3 pm.
  • Distributors will be charged $25 for each client that attends.
  • You are responsible for escorting your clients and collecting all leads.
  • For an additional fee you can provide complimentary parking or valet service for your clients. Please contact amanda@ppams.com or call 615-465-8109.

Nathan Cotter, Compliance Manager for Hit Promo, presenter

Think Prop 65 doesn’t apply to you? Think again! Whether you sell items to clients in California or anywhere in the nation, if those products could end up in the hands of California consumers, then you’re liable. Prop 65 requires that a “clear and reasonable warning” be provided by a Person/Company in the course of doing business, who manufactures, produces, assembles, processes, handles, distributes, stores, SELLS, or otherwise transfers a consumer product which he or she knows to contain a chemical known to the state to cause cancer or reproductive toxicity to any person to whom the product is sold or transferred.

Hit Promotional Products has been on the forefront of making sure that promotional products are compliant with Prop 65. Their compliance director will be joining us Nashville to give you the latest information you need to be compliant with Prop 65 and the questions to ask of any supplier you do business with.

A new year is both an opportunity for reflection and growth — and that holds true in the marketing world. Reflections and revisions lead marketers to explore exciting directions come the new year. We believe wholeheartedly that it’s better to anticipate these trends rather than try to play catch up once they’ve already become the next big thing. The pros at redpepper, a local ad agency, took some time to rattle their brains, gaze into their internal crystal balls, and make some predictions for the top marketing trends of 2019. During this session you’ll learn the top 10 to look out for.
