COVID SAFETY PLAN:
To help ensure the safety of all attendees and comply with local, state, federal, and venue requirements, we have implemented a Covid Safety Plan. You can familiarize yourself with the plan by visiting www.ppams.com/covid. Please be aware that the plan may change as conditions continue to improve.
Please be aware that Metro Nashville has mandated that masks or face-coverings be worn in all city buildings. Since the MidSouth PromoShow is being held in a city building, all attendees must wear a mask or face-covering, even if they’ve been vaccinated.
Sign up to receive text alerts before and during the show by texting PPAMS21 to 21000. You’ll receive reminders, announcements and attendance numbers.
There are approximately 100 clients registered to attend the show. Clients will receive a clipboard and lead sheet when they pick up their badge. The lead sheet lets them know what information they need to get about products they are interested in. Please help them to make sure they write down the info. they need for their distributor. Exhibitors will also have a few lead sheets where you can capture any "hot" leads. We'll collect these from you at the end of the show and get them to the appropriate distributor.
Please familiarize yourself with our Code of Conduct and the rules pertaining to your interaction with clients at the show. All attendees should conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
Exhibitors will not hand out business cards or any literature to an end user with company information that could be followed back to the company. All business, including leads and sample requests, will be conducted through a distributor. Make sure that there are no business cards or contact information on your table!
Exhibitors and distributors may not do anything detrimental to the success of the show or interfere with the business goals of any of the attendees.
At an end-user show, exhibitors may not display anything in their booth that includes net pricing information. All pricing must be coded or retail.
Exhibitors should be respectful of the relationship between the end-user and their distributor. Under no circumstance can exhibitors suggest an alternative distributor rep or business.
As a courtesy to show attendees, no exhibitor will be permitted to tear down early. This is especially important at end-user shows while distributors have their clients present.
Hampton Inn West End/Vanderbilt

We have selected the Hampton Inn Vanderbilt/West End as our Host Hotel. The hotel is offering a rate of $169 per night plus taxes. Rooms can be reserved by calling the hotel at 615-329-1144 and asking for the “Promotional Products” group rate. You can also reserve rooms at the discounted rate through our website, www.ppams.com/promoshow. The discounted rate is only available until July 16, 2021.
SET UP & UNLOADING:
Monday, August 16 from Noon until 5 PM
Tuesday, August 17 from 7 AM until 9 AM
When you enter the Fairgrounds / Expo Center from Wedgewood Avenue, you’ll be at the front of Expo Center 2. Follow the signs and go to the back of Expo Center 2 for unloading. There is a dock with a ramp there. We’ll have people back there to help you unload and get everything to your booth.

TEAR-DOWN & TRASH
All vendors must dispose of their trash and any leftover materials in the garbage/trash receptacles. We will be charged a $500 clean-up fee for any trash left behind and will have to pass that cost along to you.
The Fairgrounds will not accept any shipments for the show. All shipping must be done through our show decorator, Veal Convention Services. Refer to the Exhibitor Service Kit for more information.
If you’re willing to help promote the show and would like for us to design an eblast or social post for you, please contact Rocky Moreno at firstname.lastname@example.org. Send him your logo and let him know what you need (e-blast, Facebook post, or Instagram post).
FOOD / BEVERAGES:
Complimentary bottled water will be available during setup and show hours. There will also be a food truck on-site during the show on Tuesday where you can purchase lunch.
HALL OF FAME DINNER:
Please join us on Monday evening, August 16th for our Hall of Fame Dinner. The dinner will be at Maggianno’s Little Italy on West End Ave. in Nashville. You’ll enjoy a delicious family-style dinner while you network with fellow PPAMS members and celebrate with the industry legends who will be inducted into the PPAMS Hall of Fame. Tickets are $65 if purchased on or before August 10, after which they are $75.
